AIRPORT TERMINAL CONFERENCE ROOM FOR RENT

Regular rental times are Mon.-Fri. 8am to 5pm – Weekends and other times with approval and special arrangements.

Room has 4 large conf. tables and seats 42 people.    We have a counter and sink area.  There is no restaurant in the terminal so food would have to be brought in or catered if there is a need.  The Hilton Garden Inn located in front of the Airport Terminal has a restaurant and will cater.  Their phone number is 863-647-0066.

The Conference Room also has a phone line for conference calling, computer hook up, overhead projector, white board, internet and wireless, podium & padded white vinyl tablecloths to protect the wood tables.

$35/hr with a two hour minimum $70 + tax = $74.90   (first 2 hrs)

½ day rental $100 + tax = $107.00   (2.5 hrs – 4 hrs)

Full day rental $150 + tax = $160.50   (4.5 hrs – 8 hrs)
