At the center of it all!  Lakeland Linder Regional Airport is ideally located in the center of one of the most dynamic growth corridors in the southeast in the heart of Florida. Midway between Tampa and Orlando, with easy access to I-4 via the Polk Parkway LAL is situated on over 1600 Acres and has over 1 million square feet of leasable space.  The airport has various parcels of land ready for aviation building and some land suitable for non-aviation. There is office and warehouse space available for the local public, corporate hangars up to large aviation manufacturing and/or assembly space available.  The Airside Center facility on the south side of the Airport houses three connected buildings with dimensions 144,000, 198,800 and 132,000 square feet respectively or a total of 474,800 square feet. The airport has a 27,000-square foot general aviation terminal building that includes the administration offices the FBO and a Charter Service.  There is restaurant space available for lease in the terminal.
